Grief Tending

As a Grief Companion, I listen and witness your experience. My role is not to fix or solve. Our culture suppresses and denies grief, urging people to “move on” or “get over it.” This is a tragedy, because a wellspring of love and a relationship to our own spirituality is deeply connected with our loss and how we grieve. Grief and love go hand in hand. I am here to support you through your grieving.

One-on-One Grief Tending sessions may include:

  • creating healing rituals together

  • deep listening

  • journaling

  • tending to relationships

  • simple meditations

  • gentle somatic movement
